Personal data that may be processed

BNS Cosmos BV (here: BNS) can process your personal data because you use the services of BNS and/or because you provide it to BNS yourself when filling in a form on the website. BNS can process the following personal data: first and last name, job title, gender, department, address details, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, company name and associated name and address details, information about location, device, browser settings and surfing behaviour.

BNS needs this for the execution of the concluded agreement.

BNS may use your personal data in the context of executing a contract for services concluded with you. For example, for sending a newsletter.

Contact us after contact request

BNS processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request this and/or to be able to contact you by e-mail and/or by post if we are unable to reach you by telephone.

Newsletter

To send a personal newsletter we need your e-mail address and full name. We only use this data for sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link under each newsletter.
Optimizing, improving and securing the operation of the website

We keep general visitor data on the BNS website, including the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. We use this data for analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website, for the security of our website and for the correct functioning of our website and associated plugins or web applications. BNS uses this information to optimize, improve and secure the operation of the website. BNS may share this data with third parties or third-party applications such as Google Analytics. Use social media links

Our pages may contain plugins from social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. As a result, these parties learn that you visited our website with your IP address. In this way, for example, Facebook can link your visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that we as the provider of the pages are not informed of the content of the transmitted data or its use by these companies. Use other plugin scripts and webfonts

On our website we use JavaScript code for correct operation and display. This can also come from an external party such as Google Webfonts. If you activate JavaScript in your browser but do not have a JavaScript blocker installed, your browser may transmit personal data when a code is loaded by one of our suppliers. We do not know which data is linked to the data received and for what purposes this data is used. You can prevent JavaScript code from executing by installing a JavaScript blocker (eg www.noscript.net).

How long BNS keeps data

BNS does not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collect your data. We do not store your data for longer than 26 months if no agreement is concluded with you, or after it is dissolved. Cookies can be removed at any time in the browser settings of your device.

Share with third parties

BNS will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or to optimize, improve and secure the operation of our website. This also includes sharing information with web applications, suppliers and hosting providers that are necessary for the operation of our site and web functionalities. We handle this data carefully by sending it anonymously as much as possible and concluding a processing agreement with 3rd parties that offer this agreement. View, change or delete data

BNS takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. The BNS website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to guarantee your personal data.
