Warehouse
In order to guarantee efficient and reliable shipping, a structured warehouse and good planning software are required. That is why we have developed our own Warehouse Management System, Cosmos Data Logistics. This automated system ensures continuity, reliability and speed in processing of the constant flow of orders.
Fulfilment
BNS Cosmos takes care of the complete fulfilment process for customers, so that they can focus on their core business. This is tailor-made, as no fulfilment process is the same. Starting point in the process from ‘incoming order’ to ‘delivered to the customer on the doorstep’ are 4 phases: order processing, assembly (prepack or transformation), packing and shipping.
All-in-One
A specialism of BNS Cosmos is putting together an all-in-one package. BNS puts together the entire package for the customer: in addition to the main items, also things like a manual and accessories (such as cables and batteries). Even for the packaging itself, a commercial design is created that is in line with the customer’s branding.
Shipping
For the shipment, all known logistics providing couriers are used, including DHL, GLS, PostNL, DPD and UPS. Of course connected via an API with Cosmos Data Logistics, so that all shipping data (Track & Trace) are transparent in real time. The standard for shipping is Same day shipping where rush orders are accepted until late in the day.
